Creating a JJ Wain account is completely free — there are no registration fees, no monthly charges and no hidden costs. The sign-up form is split into three short steps: personal details, contact and security, then agreements. Most players in Pakistan complete the entire process in under two minutes on mobile. After submitting, a verification email is sent to your registered address and clicking the link activates your account instantly. You can then make your first PKR deposit straight away.
You must be 18 years of age or older to register on JJ Wain. This is a strict requirement with no exceptions. Age is verified against your date of birth during registration, and full CNIC-based identity verification is required before your first withdrawal can be processed. Any account found to have been registered by someone under 18 will be closed immediately and balances handled according to platform policy.
No. JJ Wain operates a strict one account per person, per mobile number, per email address, per device and per household policy. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of the Terms and Conditions and results in all accounts being permanently closed, with balances forfeited. If you believe a duplicate account exists for you — for example from an old registration — contact JJ Wain support at support@jjwain.com before creating a new one so the old account can be properly closed first.
Identity verification (KYC) on JJ Wain is required before your first withdrawal is processed. You will be prompted to upload a clear photo of your CNIC (front and back) and a selfie holding your CNIC. Documents are reviewed by the JJ Wain verification team, typically within 24 hours. Once approved, your account is fully verified and all withdrawal methods are unlocked. You do not need to complete KYC to register, deposit or play — only to withdraw.

Deposits

IBFT bank transfers typically take between 5 and 30 minutes depending on your bank's processing speed. Card deposits via Visa/Mastercard are usually instant but can take up to 5 minutes. JJ Wain does not charge any fees on deposits from any supported payment method. The full amount you send is credited to your betting balance. However, your mobile wallet provider (e.g. Easypaisa or JazzCash) or bank may apply their own transaction charges on their end — this is outside JJ Wain's control. We recommend checking with your payment provider if you're unsure about their fees before sending.
Wait up to 30 minutes, as occasional network delays between Easypaisa and JJ Wain can cause a brief lag. If the deposit still hasn't credited after 30 minutes, open a live chat on JJ Wain and provide: (1) the amount sent, (2) the date and time, (3) the transaction reference number from your Easypaisa SMS or app receipt. No. JJ Wain requires that all deposit and withdrawal methods be registered in the same name as the JJ Wain account holder. Deposits from third-party accounts — whether a family member's, friend's or any other person's account — are not permitted and may result in the deposit being returned and the account being flagged for review. Withdrawals

There is no maximum withdrawal limit set by JJ Wain, though very large withdrawals (above Rs 100,000) may be subject to additional identity verification checks in line with regulatory requirements. Withdrawals are processed in PKR only and sent to your registered payment method — the same one you used for deposits in most cases.
JJ Wain targets a 5-minute processing window for all withdrawals during normal hours. However, delays can occur in a few situations: your account KYC is incomplete or pending review; it's your first withdrawal and identity documents are being verified; the withdrawal amount is large and triggers an additional security check; or there's a temporary network issue between JJ Wain and your payment provider. JJ Wain does not apply any withdrawal fees on its end. The full PKR amount you request is sent to your payment method. Your mobile wallet or bank may apply their own receiving fees in certain cases — this varies by provider. Easypaisa and JazzCash typically receive transfers at no cost to the recipient. IBFT transfers are generally free to receive. Check with your specific bank or wallet if you're unsure.
The most common reasons a JJ Wain withdrawal is rejected include: incomplete KYC (identity documents not yet uploaded or approved), attempting to withdraw to an account not in your own name, outstanding wagering requirements on a bonus balance, or the account being temporarily under a security review. Yes. Live in-play betting is one of the most popular features on JJ Wain. During a live cricket match, the odds update in real time after every ball, wicket and over. You can back a team to win the match mid-innings, bet on the next wicket method, or place over-by-over total runs bets as the game progresses. In-play betting requires fast decision-making — odds can shift dramatically after a wicket or six. The JJ Wain live cricket section also shows the current score alongside the markets for context.
Match result bets (win/loss/draw) are settled within 5 to 15 minutes of the official result being confirmed by the relevant cricket board (e.g. PCB or ICC). In-play bets on individual overs or wickets are typically settled within seconds of the relevant event occurring. Winning amounts are credited directly to your JJ Wain PKR balance and are available for withdrawal immediately after settlement. If a match is abandoned or subject to a DLS calculation, JJ Wain's settlement rules (published in the Terms and Conditions) apply.
If a match is abandoned without a ball being bowled, all pre-match bets on that match are voided and stakes returned to your JJ Wain balance. If a match starts but is interrupted and subsequently abandoned (e.g. due to weather or security), the result is determined by the DLS method if enough overs have been completed; otherwise pre-match bets are voided. Yes. JJ Wain's
Live Cricket Score section provides real-time ball-by-ball scorecard updates for all active matches. You can see the current score, run rate, required run rate, recent overs and fall of wickets alongside the live betting markets. This integrated experience means you don't need a separate app open while betting — everything is on the same JJ Wain screen. Updates are typically 2 to 5 seconds behind the live action.

Aviator is a provably fair crash game available on JJ Wain. At the start of each round, a multiplier begins at ×1.00 and climbs upward. Your goal is to click "Cash Out" before the multiplier crashes. If you cash out in time, your stake is multiplied by the value shown at the moment you cashed out and credited to your JJ Wain balance. If you fail to cash out before the crash, the stake is lost. Yes. JJ Wain will never ask for your password, PIN or full CNIC number via email, SMS or WhatsApp. If you receive a message asking for this information and claiming to be from JJ Wain, it is a phishing attempt. Do not click any links in the message, do not respond and do not provide any information. Report it immediately to support@jjwain.com. Legitimate JJ Wain communications will only ever come from an @jjwain.com email address and will not request sensitive credentials.
Act immediately: (1) Use the "Forgot password?" link on the
Login page to reset your password right now — this invalidates all current active sessions. (2) Contact JJ Wain support via live chat and mark it as an urgent security issue. (3) Check your recent account activity for unauthorised transactions. JJ Wain's security team will review your account access logs, freeze any suspicious activity and work with you to secure the account. If a withdrawal was made without your authorisation, report it in your initial support message.

Choose Self-Exclusion and select your preferred period (7 days, 30 days, 6 months, 1 year or permanent). The exclusion takes effect immediately — your account is blocked instantly and JJ Wain will not send you any marketing communications during the period. You can also initiate self-exclusion by contacting support@jjwain.com if you prefer not to log in first. Self-exclusions cannot be reversed or shortened once applied.

Setting a deposit limit, loss limit or session reminder on JJ Wain does not affect your bonus eligibility or access to any platform features.
