JJ Wain Terms and Conditions – Pakistan Betting Rules

Welcome to JJ Wain. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and JJ Wain ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the JJ Wain website at jjwain.com and all associated services, including cricket betting, football betting, Aviator, Teen Patti, card games and any promotions offered on the platform.

By registering an account on JJ Wain, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the JJ Wain platform and should close your account immediately if one has been created.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and JJ Wain. In case of any inconsistency between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless the specific document explicitly states otherwise.

To register and use a JJ Wain account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. JJ Wain strictly prohibits use of the platform by anyone under 18. Age verification may be required at any stage, including before a withdrawal is processed.
• You must be acting as an individual in your personal capacity, not on behalf of any business or third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director or agent of JJ Wain or any of its affiliated companies, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on the JJ Wain platform or have an active exclusion in place.

JJ Wain reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or any other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in account suspension and withholding of funds until verification is complete.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on JJ Wain. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same details, different email addresses, different devices or on behalf of another person — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering on JJ Wain, you agree to provide accurate, complete and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. JJ Wain may at any time request verification of the information provided, and failure to verify to JJ Wain's satisfaction may result in account restrictions.

Key Definitions

• "Account Balance"The total of real money funds currently held in your JJ Wain account, excluding any bonus balance.
• "Bonus Balance"Promotional funds added to your account subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• "Qualifying Bet"A bet that counts towards the wagering requirement of a bonus, as defined in the applicable promotion terms.
• "Wagering Requirement"The total stake amount that must be placed before a bonus converts to withdrawable real money.
• "PKR"Pakistani Rupees — the only currency in which JJ Wain operates. All deposits, bets and withdrawals are denominated in PKR.

Your JJ Wain login credentials — username and password — are your responsibility. You must not share them with any other person. JJ Wain will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have shared or negligently disclosed your credentials. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact JJ Wain support immediately at support@jjwain.com.

All financial transactions on JJ Wain are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversions, no foreign exchange charges and no overseas transaction fees on any JJ Wain deposit or withdrawal.

Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit on JJ Wain is Rs 200. Deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay are credited to your JJ Wain account instantly. IBFT transfers typically appear within the same banking day. Card deposits are credited within minutes. JJ Wain does not charge any fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts or cards belonging to a third party are not permitted and may result in suspension of your account and return of funds to the originating source.

Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal on JJ Wain is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where technically possible. JJ Wain targets processing all withdrawal requests within five minutes of submission for e-wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay). Bank transfers via IBFT are processed the same working day. JJ Wain does not charge withdrawal fees.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, JJ Wain may require identity verification including a copy of your CNIC and proof of your payment method. This is a one-time process and is required to comply with anti-money laundering obligations. Once verified, subsequent withdrawals are processed without repeated documentation requests under normal circumstances.

All bets placed on JJ Wain — whether pre-match or live in-play — are subject to the specific rules of the sport or market in question as published on the platform. In the event of any conflict between a specific market rule and these general Terms, the specific market rule takes precedence for that market.

Bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked and cannot be changed regardless of subsequent odds movements. JJ Wain reserves the right to refuse any bet or limit maximum stake amounts at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

Cricket Betting — Specific Rules

• Match winner bets on T20 and ODI cricket are settled on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC). Ties and Super Overs are governed by specific market rules.
• If a match is abandoned before the minimum number of overs required for a valid result (as defined by DLS method for each format), all bets are void and stakes returned.
• Live in-play bets accepted after an event has occurred (due to latency or feed error) may be voided at JJ Wain's discretion.
• PSL match bets stand provided the match completes the minimum required overs. If a match is reduced due to weather, the reduced-over result stands for match winner markets.

Accumulator Bets

Accumulator bets combine multiple selections into a single bet. If any individual selection is voided (e.g., match abandoned), the accumulator continues with the remaining legs and the odds recalculate excluding the void selection. A minimum of two valid selections are required for an accumulator to stand.

JJ Wain offers a range of casino-style games including Aviator, Teen Patti, Blackjack, Baccarat and Poker. All games use either a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or, in the case of Aviator, a provably fair cryptographic algorithm. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are available for each game within the game interface.

Aviator Game Rules

Aviator is a crash-format game operated on the JJ Wain platform. Each round has a randomly determined crash multiplier that is set using a provably fair algorithm before the round begins. Players place bets before the round starts and must cash out before the crash point to secure their winnings at the current multiplier. If the plane crashes before you cash out, your bet is lost for that round.

• Minimum bet per round: Rs 20. Maximum bet per round: as displayed in the game interface.
• Auto-cashout is available and functions as instructed if technically possible. JJ Wain is not liable for any losses due to technical failures preventing auto-cashout execution.
• Any round affected by a verified technical failure will be voided and stakes returned.

Card Games and Teen Patti

Card game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems. Teen Patti is played according to standard rules as displayed in the game lobby. JJ Wain card games operate with published house edge figures. In the event of a disconnection during a card game round, JJ Wain's system records the game state and resolves the round automatically according to the recorded hand at the point of disconnection.

JJ Wain offers a range of promotions to new and existing players as described on the Promotions page. Each promotion has its own specific terms, and players should read them before opting in. These general Terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.

General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses are credited in PKR and must be wagered in accordance with the stated requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• The standard wagering requirement for the JJ Wain welcome bonus is 5× the bonus amount on qualifying sports bets, or 8× for casino game bets.
• Qualifying bets for sports wagering must be placed at minimum odds of 1.50 per selection. Void or cancelled bets do not count towards wagering.
• Bonuses have expiry dates as stated in the specific promotion terms. Uncompleted bonus wagering at expiry results in removal of the remaining bonus balance and any winnings generated from it.
• JJ Wain reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have opted in before a modification will be notified of the change.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing opposing bets to meet wagering requirements risk-free, or colluding with other players — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account closure.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on JJ Wain. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening more than one account on JJ Wain, whether under your own details or using another person's information.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using a JJ Wain account on behalf of or for the benefit of a third party.
• Depositing funds sourced from criminal activity or attempting to use JJ Wain for money laundering purposes.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software tools or artificial intelligence to place bets, exploit games or manipulate outcomes.
• Exploiting errors, bugs or glitches in JJ Wain software — including in-play pricing errors — to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or suspected error may be voided.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to any part of the JJ Wain platform or its underlying systems.
• Match fixing, insider betting or any other form of corrupt activity in relation to any event offered for betting on JJ Wain.
• Sharing account access with any other person or allowing a third party to operate your JJ Wain account.

JJ Wain reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents when requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse or any prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Receipt of a valid legal order from a competent authority requiring account suspension.
• Account inactivity — a JJ Wain account with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. JJ Wain will email the registered address before applying any dormancy fee to inactive accounts.

If your account is suspended for investigation purposes, JJ Wain will aim to complete its review within 30 days. During suspension, you will not be able to deposit, withdraw, bet or access your account. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, your account will be reinstated and any funds frozen during the suspension will be returned.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting JJ Wain support. Upon voluntary closure, any real money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 working days after standard identity verification is complete.

JJ Wain is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing players with the tools to manage their gambling activity. We recognise that for a minority of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our responsibility in this area seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all JJ Wain account holders and can be accessed from the account settings section of the platform:

• Deposit limits — Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit. Reductions take immediate effect; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders — Receive on-screen notifications at intervals you set to remind you how long you have been playing.
• Self-exclusion — Exclude your account for a fixed period (7 days, 30 days, 6 months, 1 year) or permanently. Self-exclusions are applied immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen period.
• Reality check — A pop-up reminder of your net gambling activity (wins and losses) for the current session.

JJ Wain collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of the agreement between you and JJ Wain. By registering on JJ Wain, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by JJ Wain is used solely for the purposes of operating your account, processing transactions, verifying identity, complying with legal obligations (including anti-money laundering requirements), and communicating with you about your account and relevant promotions. JJ Wain does not sell personal data to third parties.

All content on the JJ Wain platform — including but not limited to logos, brand names, page designs, odds data, game graphics, promotional materials, text and software — is the intellectual property of JJ Wain or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the JJ Wain platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, scrape data from, or commercially exploit any part of the JJ Wain platform without express written permission from JJ Wain.

JJ Wain provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to maintain continuous availability and accurate odds data, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical issues at all times — particularly during high-demand periods such as PSL matches and major Pakistan international fixtures.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JJ Wain's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

JJ Wain is not liable for any losses arising from: force majeure events; third-party technical failures including payment processor outages; decisions by sporting governing bodies that affect match outcomes or result in event cancellations; or any losses arising from your breach of these Terms.

JJ Wain may update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, JJ Wain will provide at least 7 days' advance notice to registered players via the email address on their account. Minor clarifications or non-material corrections may be made without advance notice.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, displaying the date of last update at the top. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must stop using JJ Wain and contact support to close your account. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
